Hi, I'm Adie!

Like 80 the number, or AD the letters, or Sadie without the S, or whatever you can manage to say! I'm a Graphic Design and Spanish student based in Austin, TX at St. Edward's University.

I was raised in a very artistic home in Nashville, TN with musician parents who always encouraged me to pursue whatever interested me. Surrounded by artists and musical instruments, I continue to play in bands and music groups while pursuing my major in Graphic Design. I have learned Spanish since Elementary School and am pursuing a Spanish minor, as well as studying abroad in Sevilla, Andalucia, in Spring 2025.

As a Designer, I enjoy working with layouts, book design, and incorporating mixed media into design. I do, however, love to get my hands dirty, and am eager to learn and try any new projects I can get a hold of. Most of my work embraces a sense of funk and weird, leaning more towards a handmade look rather than a perfected and polished one. I love working on projects that have emotional connections- whether that be visuals, posters, logos, or larger identity projects.

Outside of Design, I am an Honors Program student and serve as the Retreat Program Coordinator for Campus Ministry. We plan and provide retreats for students throughout the year, whether an off-campus weekend retreat or community day retreats. In the summers and occasional weekends in the fall and spring, I work in Kerrville, TX, doing AV and audio work at Laity Lodge Family Camp. In my free time, I love to attend live music events, play guitar, watch various British dramas, and explore Austin as much as I can!
